Yeah, it's not something I talk about a lot for some reason. Maybe because I'm just too busy oohing and ahhing over Ariel and Jasmine or too busy identifying with Princess Atta. But, yeah, I definitely identify with Pocahontas' sort of spiritual need to find her destiny. Strangely though, Pocahontas actually fares somewhere in the middle of my DP ranking as favorites. I wanna say she's maybe 7 on the list...even though the list is kinda futile since I love all of them so much.
It is fun when doing the personality thing and much easier than sorting everyone by something like the MBTI. Ouch, that one isn't easy at all! I feel you! I think Pocahontas is really the only one I'm close to as well. (That Disney Numerology book had me as King Triton...that really through me for a loop.) But EVE is a wonderful character to be similar to! On a random, but somewhat related noted, I actually tend to prefer the Chinese Zodiac a bit more (probably due to my fondness of Chinese Culture). I'm a Rabbit. A Fire Rabbit if I'm not mistaken.
