ASOIAF Post #3 - Crossovers part 1

More ASOIAF icon archiving. This one consists of casting characters from other works (mostly Disney) as various ASOIAF characters, or sorting non-ASOIAF characters into ASOIAF houses. (Before the show, there wasn't that many visual representations of ASOIAF characters, so here were some of my headcanons of how ASOIAF characters looked.)

» 1-63: ASOIAF + various Disney
» 64-67: ASOIAF + Last Unicorn
» 68-75: ASOIAF + Avatar: the Last Airbender
» 76-84: ASOIAF + Sailor Moon
» Bonus: ASOIAF + Revenge characters

RATIONALES

• Amanda - An independent woman who loves to party, she adds an element of unpredictability that sometimes throws wrenches in Emily's plans, much like random Greyjoy rebellions add to the chaos of an already chaotic situation. The Greyjoy words are "We do not sow" and I think that suits Amanda and her struggle with "putting down roots."
• Ashley - I put her as a Tyrell because she has very clear goals and ambitions, viewing working for Victoria Grayson as her ticket into high society. She's got social graces and very little cutthroatness, which leads me to put her in Tyrell rather than Lannister.
• Conrad - Definitely a Lannister. His father created a financial empire which Conrad expanded. Ambitious and ruthless and very motivated by money and power.
• Daniel - Okay, I struggled hard with him. I don't think he's a very typical Lannister, but he has sort of a Lannister upbringing, if that makes sense (sort of like Tyrion). So yeah, not very attached to this choice but just going with it because I can't think of a better alternative.
• Emily - "Vengeance. Justice. Fire and blood." Two traits I associate with House Martell are its capacity for revenge and its tradition of raising women to be badasses. Emily fits these two to a tee. Total Martell.
• Jack - I associate Tullys with the "nice guy" personality, but also "Family, Duty, Honor" fits Jack pretty well since he has a lot of concern for his father and younger brother, is very dutiful in the way he runs the bar, and is pretty open and honest. Definitely a Tully.
• Tyler - Frey because he's a social climber, capable of great bitterness, and likes to ruin nuptial celebrations. I made a Targaryen alt because I can see him being sort of a mad Targaryen.
• Lydia - Another Lannister. Ambitious and aggressive in the way she makes her threats. Very focused on keeping money and status.
• Nolan - Nolan was the other character I just... gave up trying to sort after a while. SO HARD. I decided on Targaryen because he's a bit eccentric, but he's also a genius. It sort of reminds me of an offbeat Targaryen. I made a Stark alt because of the way he's sort of self-made and socially awkward, but he seems too unethical to be a Stark? IDK.
• Victoria - I think she's about an even mix of Tyrell and Lannister. But there's such a focus with her on appearances and prettiness, plus her humble origins, which makes me go for Tyrell over Lannister. But she's definitely part of a Lannister family.
